Ann Bellamy

Ann Bellamy began investing in real estate in 1997 purchasing multi-families and improving both the building and the tenant base, looking for upside potential and alternative sources of revenue. She developed a comprehensive analysis spreadsheet to aid in the investment decision, and is willing to work with other investors in their financial analysis of multi's and commercial property. She has built modular homes on spec, and is now focused on expanding her portfolio of commercial properties. Ann is on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Assn., and is co-founder of the Boston Area Real Estate Investors Assn based in Waltham, Ma.

Timothy R. Devik

Timothy R. Devik was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from Northwestern University in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Tim spent the next 5 years riding submarines for the US Navy. Upon returning to civilian life Tim joined General Electric as a nuclear field-test engineer, analyzing nuclear power plant systems for performance and design criteria. Tim continued to grow his career training operations personal while reviewing and developing test programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Tim attended New England School of Law at night, graduated and passed the Massachusetts bar exam in 1994, all the while, continuing his work in the nuclear energy industry. Tim opened his law office specializing in contracts, business structure and asset protection. Tim is an active real estate investor throughout the United States and is very proficient in structuring deals that are innovative, creative and legal. Tim serves on the boards of several companies and non-profit organizations and spends most of his time assisting investors in protecting their assets and analyzing deals.

Jeff Howard

Jeff Howard, facilitator of the Cape Cod AREI, is an active real estate investor who is involved in a variety of business ventures. Jeff is the founder of Last Call Enterprises, LLC in Las Vegas, a premium destination management company that provides first-rate entertainment options to tourists. Jeff began his investing career in 1995 in the stock market. After several successful years in the market, Jeff discovered the many advantages and wealth building strategies through investment in real estate, which has become his main investment focus. Jeff is a relentless advocate and promoter of mentoring, partnering and networking. Jeff has brought a renewed enthusiasm to the Cape Cod Area Real Estate Investors association, as he continues to exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit in all of us. Thank you Jeff !!

Jeff Ropes

In his twenty-six year real estate career, Jeff has been directly responsible for the acquisition of over $250 million of property and the development of sixty projects. Jeff is currently the principal of Ropes Property Advisors LLC, a service firm that assists clients in site selection, analysis and permitting throughout the northeast. Prior to forming his company, Jeff served as a senior development official for national firms, Trammell Crow Residential, Pulte Homes and Hyatt. In addition, Jeff has personally developed several residential subdivisions and commercial complexes. Jeff attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned a B.S. in Environmental Design. Jeff is a member of the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association and former eight year member of the Town of Derry, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment.
