Day 1: Road Trip: We will tour a variety of REOs in the "Mobile Boardroom," see them through the eyes of State Housing Inspector Brian McDonough and Investor/Wholesaler John Ingram. We will cover inspections, assessment, analysis and diligence, when and what to repair or not repair, multi-families, single families, higher and better use and value plays. After the Road Trip, we will be joined by a special guest "Local REO Broker"...  A rare opportunity to field you questions.

Day 2: Classroom: We will review Day 1, walk through the process of how we: determine value, structure our offers, the entities we use and why, negotiation, title issues and why we love them, wholesaling the deal, tax implications, financing and pre-qualifying your buyers and how we are in the "keepers" for no money down in 6 months or less (hosted by Patrick Queally),  which ones to hold and why. This is an extremely interactive session. 

We meet each morning, 8:00 am at the Rockland Holiday Inn Hotel, 929 Hingham St., Rockland, MA,  for a brief meeting and review of the upcoming day. We will return between 1:00 and 1:30 pm on Day 1 and review our field studies. Our classroom on Day 2 begins promptly at 9:00 am.
